If it is for display purposes only, there is a product called YuClusters. It is a volume clusters indicator and could display your bars at any time zone. It is capable of displaying tick charts, range bar charts, regular timeframe charts, VWAP, volume imbalance, DOM and volume profiles. It also has text and sound alerts.

I have been looking for something like this. I really like MT5!
One more thing i would like to see in the platform or local time (hours:minutes:seconds) on the bottom of the platform screen.
