OK, I need to post this correction. My wife reminded me what happened. They charged a fee for credit card. So the factura they generate doesn't show that fee for whatever reason, but our total outlay was $777.99.
Chase doesn't let me take screenshots within their app, so I am doing a screenshot of the email transaction alert I get:
Just a reminder to all (and myself) that $777.99 figure was targeted from this remaining balance that we identified prior to placing the order. I told my wife buy as many good masks as she could for $778. So after the credit card fee, that is where we landed.
As for why their invoice doesn't list the fee, I think that's unfortunate but probably they aren't going to change it. I'll have to ask my wife about it.

I know this is now an old thread but I wanted to say thanks to @Big Mike for doing this. I don't think it was necessary to document every penny spent but it actually is nice seeing where everything went, and seeing how it actually helped people. Well done.
