When i try to copy/paste an object on a chart the paste operation does not seem to work correctly. has anyone noticed it ? With NT65 when i would copy/paste an object it would place it on top of the first but now i don't know where the object is pasted or can't find it.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
If you cannot find it, it is probably on top of the old one. This happens if the old object is too close to the border of the chart. So just move the old one.
I am on XP as well. Do you have the latest version - NT 7.0.1000.1 - installed?
Some months ago I had reported a bug that "copy and paste" did not work when equidistant bar spacing is set to "false". This is the case on all charts with several data series. This bug was related to my country settings and was fixed.
This is strange, because for me it was exactly the other way round, but as I said it is related to country settings.
If you have a single data series, equidistant bar spacing is always set to true, because you do not need non-equidistant bar spacing. This is only required, if you want to display several data series with different periodicity on the same chart. So for multiseries chart, the property is automatically set to false.
If the problem persists, you should first upgrade to the final release of NT, and then report the bug to support.
User :
Since upgrading to NT7 a few days ago
Neither my active or historical ATM strategies are appearing under the control panel "strategies" tab
Thanks
Greg
NinjaTrader Customer Service :
ATM's will no longer show in the Strategies tab at this time, no matter where they are fired from.
(manual entrys with ATMs or from automated strategys fired ATMs )
Strategies tab will not show anything in this case, In this case you would need to use the Positions tab and or orders tab to keep tabs on this.
Or open a chart and enabled the chart trader to see the Stops and targets in the market same with an ATM Strategy.
