Microsoft, IBM, Oracle and Apple have delivered special ways to enter any of their system with special codes so people like FBI, CIA and other worldwide agencies can enter it without any problems.
I'm very sure there is some other hidden location were some impossible to see file or data pattern is stored with all your activity.

Linux could be customized to be self-cleaning. Maybe a freedom loving group of programmers will make such a thing available to the common citizens of the world. Of course governments would fight it, though.
Seems like there is a newly discovered security isse with IE. Malicius code, that can take over the system when "secured mode" is not enabled in IE "security settings", can be injected and used when surfing links to certain webpages using the exploit.
