By the way, I hope you don't mind if I attempt to work with your method, and post some prep and trade charts too.

Yesterday was one of my worst trading days in month in the Euro. I fought Bias, moved stop (again), computer problems tring to get out of a positon and went short when I was wanting to buy. -92 Pips @ 10000k
I fought back and learned a few lessons, follow my prep, don't fight bias, and have a backup in case I have computer problems.
Es was not bad, I fought bias a few time but end the day up. 3.5PT
I really have been beaten up the last couple of days. I took two continuation trades into a very stretched market with small retracements, not usually a good setup or odds. I also should have scrathed a trade that I had 3.00 pts in. Trading the ES is not a place where you can make 3 mistakes in a row.
ES -9.75 PTS 1 winner 4 losers.
No Euro trades I had problems with my data feed after the news @ 7:30 am CST then never got in.
If it weren't for days like this in trading, there would be no such thing as the term "drawdown."
It appears that your method is fairly sound and that you know it well, so it should follow that you just have to stick with your plan, and you'll work your way back up.
Identify what you may have done incorrectly, get clear about what you should have done, then move forward.
Hang in there.
