There was a problem with the forum from approximately 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM eastern time today where some pages were missing content or malformed looking, and certain parts of the forum were inaccessible.
I am in the process of tracking down the problem to prevent this from happening again. For now everything is back to normal (please report otherwise).
If you see the problem occur again, please send a private message to both myself and @sam028 .
