i use Dorman Continuum
life time license holder
i trade NQ, but the total fee is much higher than what you promised on NT website
i sent email to your commission department for explanation, but no luck to get response
and they did not credit back, and they keep asking my license key number in order to reveiw
very disappointed
We responded immediately, several times but you did not want to provide your license key which we use to confirm the rate you should be at. I will not get into the reasons in public why you were reluctant to provide your license key but suffice it to say that we are sending the credit through today.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?

I am not sure why you choose to have a public debate with me. I have no problem accepting public criticism provided all the facts are represented.
The facts are:
- You only sent in your license key after multiple requests by our team which is what delayed the change in commission
- License keys must be in the account holders name, in your case you know this not true yet we have made an exception
Poke away if you wish however, I do feel you are looking a gift horse in the mouth here.

Why don't you just call them. Some things are best dealt with in person (in this case, by phone) instead of email.

Noticed a familiar name in my inbox today.
https://www.cmegroup.com/tools-information/lookups/advisories/disciplinary/COMEX-14-9807-BC-MIRUS-FUTURES-LLC.html?mkt_tok=3RkMMJWWfF9wsRonu67Pdu%2FhmjTEU5z16ukoUaKwgIkz2EFye%2BLIHETpodcMTcdmNLvYDBceEJhqyQJxPr3GLdkN0sV8RhjhCw%3D%3D#pageNumber=1

#COMEX 14-9807-BC
Effective Date18 June 2015
NON-MEMBER:
MIRUS FUTURES LLC (now known as
NinjaTrader Brokerage )
RULE VIOLATION:
432. GENERAL OFFENSES
It shall be an offense:
Q. to commit an act which is detrimental to the interest or welfare of the Exchange or to engage in any conduct which tends to impair the dignity or good name of the Exchange;
W. for any party to fail to diligently supervise its employees and agents in the conduct of their business relating to the Exchange;
FINDINGS:
Pursuant to an offer of settlement Mirus Futures LLC (“Mirus” or the “Firm”) presented at a hearing on June 16, 2015, in which Mirus neither admitted nor denied the rule violations upon which the penalty is based, a Panel of the COMEX Business Conduct Committee (“BCC”) found that it had jurisdiction over Mirus pursuant to Exchange Rule 418 and that on January 6, 2014, Mirus failed to adequately monitor the operation of its trading platform (Zenfire), and connectivity of its trading system (Zenfire) with Globex. This failure resulted in unusually large and atypical trading activity by several of the Firm’s customers and caused the mass entry of order messages by Zenfire, which resulted in a disruptive and rapid price movement in the February 2014 Gold Futures market and prompted a Velocity Logic event.
The Panel found that as a result, Mirus violated Rules 432.Q. (Conduct Detrimental to the Exchange) and 432.W. (Failure to Supervise).
PENALTY:
In accordance with the settlement offer, the Panel ordered Mirus to pay a fine to the Exchange in the amount of $200,000.

Nanex ~ 06-Jan-2014 ~ First Gold Halt of 2014
@nanex Good work updating your post. I want to comment that your post needs some further correction. You said:
No one in the business of 'high frequency trading' uses Zenfire. I hope you recognize that you're blaming the wrong people here.
