I am new trading and starting on the (long) quest for knowledge. Hopefully joining this network of other like minded individuals will speed up the learning curve and the journey. Been trading option up until now (mostly selling out of the money options) and wish to broaden my horizons. Look forward to interacting with you all.

Hello,
I'm stozalor. I trade the YM - dow jones front month futures contract. I love to trade but I only trade from 9:30am EST for about an hour and a half. I have been trading for about 8 years. Im usually short term. Anyone else trade the same contract during the same timeframe?
Thank you,
i am Sebastian, a 23 year old student of economics based in Hanover, Germany. ( So please pardon my english )
I have switched over from forex and cfds and all that stuff to options swing trading for the most part and i try to learn the basics of orderflow in the DOM, but it requires a lot of time and so i canīt do this as often as i would like to do.
The general approach of my options trading is based on statistics and the law of great numbers. (thanks to the tastytrade guys)
So iīm looking forward to improve my skills by participating in this forum!
Hello All.... Glad to be here.. and looking forward to sharing and learning.. I have been actively day trading eminis and bond futures for a few years and love the business. Currently for last several years on Ninja Trader and think its head and shoulder above. Recently I tried several different applications/ software and plan to give my personal opine...and get others thoughts as well. for now, thank you for letting me join the forum. And talk soon.
I have been actively trading for several years, but damn it, still haven't found the holy grail. If someone could possibly create an indicator that looks into the future by 3 to 5 minutes, it would be greatly appreciated...
Seriously though, the futures.io (formerly BMT) community is an invaluable resource, and the people who contribute and ask for nothing in return (Fat Tails, Dorschden, Gomi, VVHG, FT71, Linda Raschke, Mack and of course Mike, and so so many others) have made such a difference in not only how I view the market, but how I view myself. These folks have made me a better, more well rounded person, and the efficiency with which I now trade is something that I have never experienced before.
If you are new here, as I was just a few months ago, step one in becoming a better trader (in my humble opinion)... an elite membership. The key to trading successfully is knowing yourself first, knowledge is key. Keep your money in your pocket with regard to the vendor that makes a stack of promises, get on futures.io (formerly BMT) and READ!!! There is so much information here, it is staggering. Best of luck to all!
