"Vinny E-Mini" - Hi! Been trading 8 years now and I am a Database Programmer. Been working on coding systems... got a pretty sweet setup using a bit of a martingale as well as an anti-martingale money management strategy coded inside a Trend following strategy is my main system... I also like to use Darvas, NTRenko combination to do Dow Theory time projections for reversal locations. I enjoy your site and have been on it many many times and hope to contribute very soon!... here's a picture of my setup on one of my 2 6 screen workstations...
I trade with a semi literal interpretation of the biblical Ecclesiastes 11 investment principles in the first few verses and so therefore trade 7-8 markets simultaneously getting signals from my strategies.
Thanks for having me aboard Mike!
Let me know if you need anything else.
Thanks!

Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
Hi Mike and all ,
I am a professional Chartered Accountant currently working in India.
But to tell everybody the truth my life's only burning passion is trading
and i desire to be a super trader.
I have been trading for around 3 years and i have paid tuition fees for the learning the
ABCD of the trading and how it works.
Finally i have developed a super trading system of my own and back tested it in the Indian markets
for the last 25 years and i can say that the system work and is profitable in all 25 years .
But this is just the beginning of my learning curve .
I really want to get connected with the best of minds in the world in this world and continue the process
of learning and achieve my long term goal of to be a super trader.
I believe that " Its never too late to be what you might have been ."
Hi!, I'm writing from Spain, 40Km from the Mediterranean Sea.
I've been trading and from some time but my equity curve is like a roller coaster: going up is hard and slow, but going down is sooo easy.
I'm engineer and decided to take another way (I am not a good manual trading!).
For several months I have been looking to statistical and machine learning tools in order to write automatic systems.
Now I'm studing a very advisable MOOC course in edx.org called "Analitics Edge", that is Machine Learning with R from MIT University.
Soon, I'll try with a thread in this forum about this topics.
I have been trading for six months, so I am fairly new. I started by trading stocks that made sense to me and did OK, but came to realization, that I had no idea what was going on and what the rules of the game were. I was very good, when I was playing poker in the past, even though I do have an experience of blowing up my account a couple of times. So the search for the rules of the game has become, hence trading education. I signed up for several education courses on stocks, options and futures. My account is very close to flat, so I have no good track record so far.
My reason for joining Big Mike's forum is self-accountability and other trader's insight.
My rules:
* I will trade 2 lots and not risk more that 1% per trade
* I will not follow anyone's trades or use anyone's homework to trade off
* My decisions will be based on auction market theory
* I will only trade /ES
* I will journal all my entries (but will not post entries on this forum). I will post weekly P/L.
* This forum is an amazing source of information on price/volume trading, but I will never forget that Mr. Market is the best teacher after all!!!
Hi I am a beginner trader. I am trading at the DAX went from 300 to 600 to 300 to 600 and back to a 100. Learning quick and of course hope to turn that money into something big one day.
Hi Steamon, I'm quite new too. I use to trade in bund future, or eurostoxx 50, because I can reduce or increase market exposition sooner. Comissions are costly but in my borker the FDAX guarantee is a little bit high.
