1. Pillip's site mentions that ACH is a funding option, but ACH is not listed on Ninjatrader's site for Phillip, nor is funding via check. Is wire the only funding option for Phillip right now and do you plan to add ACH and/or check for them at some point?
2. Phillip's site mentions that a client portal is available where trade info can be verified throughout the day if necessary. Can you confirm this?
As of today, you can fund your NinjaTrader Brokerage account at Phillip Capital via wire or check. The reason for the discrepancy between Phillip Capital's site and NinjaTrader's site is because we are working on simplifying the ACH process with them. We expect to have ACH within the next 2 weeks.
This is correct.

So it's been a bit since those of you that jumped in NJB train have been using the brokerage. Care to review and reflect on your experience? I'm looking to set up a brokerage account and was looking at out typical AMP and Optimus and I'm a fan of the margins on NJB's e-Minis. However, y'all are an opinionated bunch... Please post your opinions!
(Oh, and if any of you are trading through a USA based LLC/corporate account, 8832ed, how is NJB dealing with that? [You know US is an abyss of futility when it comes to finance related stuff right now.])
Great to hear that you are adding ACH as an option with Philip -- so much more convenient than check or wire. Do you have any updates on this? It's been almost a couple months since the post above.
ACH is now available for NinjaTrader Brokerage customers at Phillip Capital. If you are interested in ACH, i encourage you to contact our Brokerage Support team ([email protected]) to understand if it is the best funding option for you.

Hello NT,
I was looking for a Bullet List on your website for the similarities/differences between your 2 FCM's but I don't see one. Is there a list some where I can take a look at?
Commissions, available markets, and fees are the same at both clearing firms, and both have good reputations within the industry. For those reasons, we don't recommend one over the other.
In terms of differences, NinjaTrader Brokerage accounts held at Phillip Capital are able to fund their account via ACH, where those at Dorman are not. The customer portal at Phillip also updates in real-time, but this is not a commonly used feature by NTB clients.
Ultimately, we wanted to provide customers with choice and believe we have two terrific FCM partners.
