If, at resistance, the market does not sell off (price and volume) and hugs against these highs, then the market probably has not seen true resistance and any selling that is occurring at these levels is being bought almost immediately. Thus, the probability of going higher.

Netflix on the daily chart has support at the 102.50 to 103.00 area. Has some ice support. The problem with this stock is the supply that occurred on Feb 21 and Feb 22. The volume has not been impressive on the rallies recently. If the market can get above the 118 level, they could test 126 again. At this point, I would have to wait for more demand to come in before taking a long position.

Question: On the Feb 22 the close was well off the low. Also, price has dipped below the low of the 22 nd and has not followed through to the down side. If it is supply should the downside continue?
