This is a small update for the LineAlertsOnPriceV3 indicator.
The update is only necessary for correctly displaying price labels on interest rate futures. The price is now displayed in sexteenth or thirtysecond parts. Please enter decimal values into the indicator dialogue box.
For example, to display an alert line at 134'08 for ZB, you need to enter the value 143.25 (08/32 = 0.25). The line label will display 134'08.
The Universal Bollinger Bands and Universal Keltner Channel come with a number of additional features, when comparing them to traditional Bollinger Bands and Keltner Channels:
Universal Bollinger Bands:
-> midband can be selected from 27 different moving averages and the statistical median
-> additional smoothing is available for midband and channel
-> period for midband and standard deviation can be individually selected
-> midband and channel lines can be individually removed
-> all plots can be colored according to their slope
-> the sensitivity for the neutral slope threshold is based on rise over run versus average true range
-> the region between the bands can be colored according to slope
-> the trend derived from the slope can be displayed via paintbars
Universal Keltner Channel:
-> midband can be selected from 27 different moving averages and the statistical median
-> volatility can be calculated from range or true range
-> period for midband and average range (true range) can be individually selected
-> additional smoothing is available for midband and channel
-> midband and channel lines can be individually removed
-> all plots can be colored according to their slope
-> the sensitivity for the neutral slope threshold is based on rise over run versus average true range
-> the region between the bands can be colored according to slope
-> the trend derived from the slope can be displayed via paintbars
Universal Kelter Channel HiLo:
-> same features as KeltnerChannel but upper channel line is calculated from a moving average of the bar highs, while lower channel line is calculated from the bar lows
Today, @wahn has discovered a minor bug: Occasionally a few paint bars were set to transparent, when the midband was removed. I have modified the offending code and updated the indicators.
