It's actually a really small bike. Same as ducati hypermotard. Looks great on picture but if you are a tall guy, forget it. Plus, depends what you need it for. I had once Husqvarna 610. Good to poke some fun, wheelies, slide around tight corners but for any kind of commute big single cyl is terrible, it's like having parkinsons 40 years too early )
I was driving (in a car) back from visiting family in Alabama on Sunday night and took the scenic route back home, it took me right through the Tail of the Dragon.... At night, while raining, in heavy fog!
My arms felt like I had been working out halfway through after making so many turns and I was stressed to the max with the visibility being so poor.
It was absolutely crazy.
Needless to say, I can't wait to try it out on a motorcycle one day
Yup, it's US129 (I think that's on the NC side, but not sure). And I agree, it's a tense ride/drive in the fog and rain!
There are a LOT of great roads in that area (I usually ride between Ashville and Smokey Mountain National Park) but the "Tail of the Dragon" is where you can always get a pic or two on/in your ride. I think there are 3 separate companies shooting every vehicle that comes by LOL.
