Another issue with Ichimoku, although it plots into the future, the future times do not show on X axis. Does anyone know how to fix this? Maybe it is just a setting on chart properties that needs to be corrected. I'm using ninjatrader.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
Guys I found solution to this problem, so for those of you who may have the same problem: First off, do not increase right side margin in chart properties. Instead simply click on the chart and using your mouse scroll wheel walk the data backwards until you can see in the future as far as you need on the chart. This will plot the times for the future cloud on X axis.
Notice in the image you posted that the indicator did not plot the times on X axis of the future cloud. This is what I want to fix. I believe I found a way to use those times to plan future trades, so I want to see the times plotted.
I really like this indicator look, but unsure as to all info is telling me in upper left, also it mentions target bands etc. anyone working with this indi or is there a better nt version and thread on trading it> particularly interested to see if viable on the zb thanks
Thanks, this is really useful.
One problem I find with NinjaTrader 7 is the playback cannot be set to move forward with one bar. It would be useful to practice in playback but moving ahead w/ one bar at a time.
I have set up the AaIchimokuNT7 indicator following all your recommandations. However I don't understand how to read the strength display at the top left corner. Can someone help me with that?
Can anyone explain how to read the generated table in the top left corner of the chart generated by the Aainchimoku indicator? I am using this overlayed with the ichimokuHL to get a complete chart but could not find this table documented anywhere.
