Regarding gmail emails. I am pretty sure gmail is marking all emails as spam and you would find them in your spam folder. Then simply click "not spam" at the top. I am trying to open a ticket with gmail to resolve this as I do meet all the bulk sender requirements, but their contact form is currently broken... sigh. This happened because we changed IP's and the new IP doesn't have any reputation built up yet. Mike

I was finally able to submit the bulk sender form to gmail. I am hoping for a reply within 1 business day, and then the gmail mail issues should be resolved.

There is a very small issue remaining as part of the upgrade process.

The issue has something to do with editing posts, although I have not been entirely able to pinpoint it. Under certain conditions, when you edit a post you are greeted with a database error. This is due to our 3.8.8 beta 1 upgrade (in order to get php 5.4 compliance). I have an open ticket with my developer to patch this.

I've noticed @aligator and @Rad4633 have both experienced this. If either of you could tell me exact steps to reproduce the error it would be appreciated.

EDIT: It may be a silent error, meaning users aren't aware of it (not being shown the database error). It does not appear to impact any functionality.

I am sorry, but I have not recently observed an error. The last issue I had (as everyone else did) had to do with the bug that banned members. Things are smooth here, Thanks!

Sorry if this is not the right venue, but I just started receiving emails when one of my posts is quoted. I don't mind seeing this in the top header, but I don't want to get emails on it, and I don't see a way in the options at the moment to turn it off--am I missing the option somewhere?

The bottom of that email has the links to alter the options.

You can customize it in many ways.

Thank you , excellent -- I do like this feature by the way, just surprised when I started getting emails on it even when I had not changed any options to start receiving them!
