@NinjaTrader Support can clear this up for you, but I believe you will need login credentials supplied by NT and to get Live data (even to use under SIM) you may need to have a funded account with NT - or at least after a short trial period.
Help Me NTB,
I have just been approved for my NTB account using PhillipUSA as my FCM and I want to fund the account using ACH, but I recvd an email from Cynthia in NT Cust Serv saying ACH is only allowed for add funds to an existing account.
You can image this is frustrating, but I am encouraged to be persistant by reading that others are having a happy time with NTB.
Please confirm that ACH can be used to fund the account, and transfer funds in and out.
Hi @NinjaTrader, exactly what is the scoop on ACH with your brokerage? Know it was mentioned in past yall were working on it. What's the latest?
To that I ask why the hesitancy not just on yalls part but overall with brokerages is you care to shed some light on the subject. The one thing that comes to mind is it must cost yall/the brokerage extra $$ to offer otherwise Why not for the convenience of those wishing to put funds into account??
Not an attempt to stir things up just really curious as to why it seems to be such a non-implemented function?
Thanks in advance
Thanks for talking with me on the phone. I am impressed with your effort and the good service I received. I look forward to capturing ticks with NT / PhillipCapital
