I started on the floor of the CME in 1992, started trading in 1996, and lost my feel for the markets a few years ago when the algos took over so I quit. "If you can't beat em, join em" so I learned how to program algos through visual programming and do that for a living now.

I followed a link to this forum about an online class I was/am teaching, wanted to post a thank you to the commenters, and so here I am.

I wanted to join because of the absolute straight-talk I saw by the forum members, whose assessments of the class were not just pertinent and accurate, but entirely no-nonsense and fair. I love when there's no hidden agenda or angle. I get great advice on forums about my car, so why not my career?

Apparently I can't reply to that thread because I've never posted before, so here ends my 1st...

I have been registered for a while at NexusFi but have never written a thread. I would like to say Hello and thank you for your acceptance. I just started with Ninjatrader and am looking to network with scripters that can help in automating the supertrend process.

I have been trading lightly with TOS but have gotten to like Ninjatrader as soon as I got the chance to configure it how I like it. Hopefully this site will assist in this advancement. I find that TOS is very buggy and stalls at times, which is not good at all when your in the middle of a trade. It also hogs up resources.

Well, hopefully I can remain accepted.
