Hi I am testing AMP live, and i have lite version of ninja. How did you enabled chart trader. ?
Thanks if you can answer. because it impossible to get any help from amp using e-mail.
I opened an account several weeks ago.
From day one the account value was wrong.
I never received any account statements by email.
I never was able to log in to the client area to view any statements.
When closing Ninja it warned me several times of open positions where there were none (maybe they mixed up 2 accounts somehow)
I sent 2 mails which were not answered, so I closed my account.
Of course I never got the realtime indexes which AMP promised with CQG.
And by the way, my account is still open and shows a nice balance which clearly isnīt mine (LOL tempted to do some trades, but OK).
What a mess.
And mirus? They answer at least to mails. But they donīt even know which contracts can be traded with them. They wanted to tell me that I must have traded the M6E through Sim account, because it canīt be traded live with them.
Of course it can be traded. The other micros? I still donīt know, they didnīt bother to find out. An email to RCG went unanswered. What a competent service.
I`ll give Optimus a try, I think. Hope they are better......
The free NinjaTrader Direct Edition that you are using does not have Chart Trader. You would need to purchase the full version from our website to have access to Chart Trader.
I have never had a big enough problem with Mirus that prompted me to look for another broker.
I have always been able to get through to the Order Desk immediately when there was a hiccup (i.e. NT froze and I wanted to close a position immediately etc)
Support has been good at answering questions over the phone the few times I have needed to call them.
When Mirus was not able to provide a solution immediately , I called RCG direct and they resolved the issue straight away.
RCG suggested that even though I signed up through an IB, I contact them direct with anything that was under their control and that I contact the IB (Mirus) if it was something related specific to Mirus (commission rates etc).
This scenario has worked well for me.
As always, YMMV.
I'm just a simple man trading a simple plan.
