NT 18 is all messed up. Finally got connected to ZenFire after many attempts, but none of my workspaces or templates will load orrectly, just a simple chart and no indicator will plot.
I just checked NT forum, its flooded with connectivity related posts and so far NT has not provided one single straight answer. Version 18 is a quick dirty piece of whatever it is to accommodate ZenFire and Mirus at the expense of strangling all NT users and corrupting their systems.
No problem with templates. But there's a half an hour gap in historical CL data this morning and it screws my tick charts. Too many problems this morning to trade. Btw, I use BigTick, not zenfire, but having many of the same problems.
Apart from some missing datas earlier my templates are OK. I did close Ninja and deleted the content in the cache folder. Have reloaded my charts and the missing data issue has been resolved. My templates are OK.
Aligator, i had put the platform on the side and, with reading your post i did reopen ninjatrader. It seems that there is improvement now, i have fdax chart as it must be.
However still no daily volume on the market analyzer.
My templates loads very slowly.
For me its claer that the issue is made by mirus and, of course ninja will have also some angry mails about it.
I can confirm the same issues with the Ninjatrader update with Mirus. What's worse than the disconnects is the lack of communication on behalf of Mirus. I've been connected now for 30 minutes without a disconnect but I don't dare execute live because no one has informed us as to whether or not the issues have been resolved. Very disappointing.
I made a trade today, which turned out to become quite a roller-coaster
I entered my order (using chart trader)
the order was executed, but the stop loss rejected (10 points) and the profit target accepted at 13794 without decimal
While i was analysing and looking at what happened, Zenn went down,
I was left exposed in the market 10 contracts 6E long with no stop loss and no connectivity...
I called mirus, the help desk told me they were working on it
I quit/re-start ninjatrader several times
was thinking for a plan B
and finally the connection came back and i closed my position with profit
end of year
still the bug on the ATM orders is there, development looking into that
guess/hope version 19 will be there in the next couple days
Hope everyone had a great weekend. It has came to my attention that traders are still experiencing issues logging into their NinjaTrader platform and receiving error messages. Below are updates that I’d like to provide everyone:

If you upgraded your NinjaTrader platform to the newest release – 7.0.1000.18 and continue to get an error when you log in, please email me immediately with your: Name, Email, Dorman Account Number, ZenFire Username & Password. I will then forward to ZenFire support so they can work to fix the error.
If you are receiving any other type of errors, please email me also and if you can send a screen shot, they will be appreciated.
MarketDelta Trader
MarketDelta has issued a new release of their platform today and if you open your platform, you will be promoted to upgrade to the newest version. Please upgrade your MarketDelta Trader platform to avoid any errors logging in.

Sierra Chart
Sierra Chart has notified me that their platform will be available until January 1, 2014 via ZenFire. If you cannot log in tonight, please email me immediately. Many of you have requested to switch to the CTS data which I will send to Dorman to convert first thing Monday morning.
I apologize in advance for any delays or errors connecting to your ZenFire platform. These errors/issues are in the hands of ZenFire and the platform vendor and I can only forward them trader issues.

shake outs and jitters,
evidently this change over is massive, and they're working through their problems and issues.
its the keystone cops all over again, with the errors and "oh, we forgot to..... excuses"
one thing is certain, is if they don't heal and repair their reputation, then today will be the end of their credibility to thousands of current customer, and their brokers will be hearing from them.
at present, Mirus is so overloaded with Tech calls, that salespeople are answering the phones and waisting peoples time, thinking they're helping solve problems.....
zen, where's your zen?, or Ming, when you need them?
With this debacle and the recent discrepancies in my account, with absolutely no communication from Mirus, I am strongly considering switching brokers. I understand that problems happen, but to leave your clients out in the cold without information is unacceptable. Can anyone recommend a better broker that supports Ninja without zen-fire?
