Interesting. So it's really sold as a TV not a monitor.

The reviews on the Samsung JU6700 continue to look good. I am hoping someone here will purchase @josh @josh @josh so I can pester them with some more questions...
Even if I decide today to buy the monitors, it will take a few months before I would take delivery of them due to the import procedures. Enough time for a new desk to be made to hold them...

So I would need a new
GPU that has HDMI 2.0 that runs HDMI at 60hz like a gforce 960.
I am having trouble finding any high end GPU's with HDMI 2.0 and 2xHDMI ports, so I could power two of the Samsung monitors with one GPU without worrying about adapters.

I recently bought a bunch of magazines about video cards. I filtered them now to see if there would be one with two HDMI 2.0 connections. Unfortunately none.
Then I found this:
GIGABYTE - Grafikkarte - NVIDIA - PCI Express Solution - GeForce 700 Series - GV-N75TOC-2GI
This video card has two HDMI connections but 1.4 for Monitors that support dual mode.
On the (official gigabyte) site is written current video cards don`t support 2xHDMI 2.0
So one could connect two of the samsung but only @30Hz

i still cant wrap my head around the difference between a 4k tv and a 4k monitor. i guess i would just have to see them in person to understand..
dont believe anything you hear and only half of what you see

I don't think the difference is that big. OLED display will make a big difference instead of LED display.
