screenshot . The HTML format makes the message unreadable on a phone. The image below is how it looks when I open the email. Its like a web page where you have to zoom in then scroll all the way to the right to read it. If there is multiple lines you have to scroll back to the left to start the next line. I read 80% of the posts through my email on my phone. Is there a way to opt out of the HTML format and go back to text?
Robert
I am sure this is an easy fix with HTML. I don't have an iPhone but did test it on gmail, yahoo, outlook, and on Android, and all worked perfectly. So it's something to do with iPhone apparently.
I'll ask my designer, he may have an iPhone and can help find the solution.
No there is not going back to the text. I received complaints about the text format, I receive complaints about the HTML format, basically someone just has to be unhappy.

Actually I just found a possible solution with Google, so I implemented it and now need to hear from iPhone users to see if it solved the problem.

Hmm, it didn't seem to make a difference. So let me try one more time.

, I noticed your screenshot is only 640px wide. Is this the maximum resolution iPhone supports? If so I need to make some other adjustments, as I thought using 700px (currently using) was very very safe, I didn't realize phones were using something that small still.

After some quick Google research I see iPhone 4 is still using only 640x960. So, I will make some adjustments to all templates soon to make that the maximum resolution.
In the meantime, I have bolded the font for the body. Let me know if that works for you.
