Hello everybody ,,,Just joined the site,,I can't explain why ,but it feels good !!!! My trading experience is OLD and PAINFUL,,,so I feel that by being part of this community it will change for better..Good Luck everyone !!!
Thanks to your job individual traders like me can have the chance to enter in the futures affairs and feel to be part of a big "family".
I have been trading, till now, in the Forex, which is an ocean full of sharks ready to "eat" all your money and really hard to find a good broker that dont scum you.
Once I blew up my account, and understood that I needed to automate my trading.
Now I'm trading using my own cBots (cTrader EA) and I'm doing pretty well.
I want to enter in the futures market as it seems to be more regulated then forex and I'm here to learn.
Hi guys, my name is Arsene living in NL and I have been trading for about a year now part time, CFD mostly with no success. Decided to get into futures now, hopefully will learn a lot from you and guys and will bring some of my learning to the table.
Hi to all and Thanks for the acceptance to your forum.
My name is Shafiek, I am from Cape Town in South Africa. I am brand new to the trading community and really have no idea where to start. Recently I have done some research and logged onto a few sites only to be constantly annoyed by high
pressure sales people trying to close immediately by promising me the world. Fortunaley and rather late, I have learnt not to cave as easily as I had in the past.
I would appreciate any and all input from the community to help me understand and finally take my first step to a live trade.
Welcome Shafiek, nice to see another South African here, I am up in Pretoria. Glad you didn't cave for the sales people, there are very few genuine vendors out there. You have come to the right place to learn absolutely everything you need to know to trade though.
I am excited to join this vibrant community of traders and look forward to learning and sharing as much as I can. I started trading over a year ago, managing my risk somewhat well, but having a hard time making a consistent profit. I am looking forward to going through the content on futures.io to help find my inner confidence and improve my trading.
I am located in beautiful Charlotte, NC in the USA, married with our first kid on the way I have an 8-4 job at a Community College, but trying to become proficient and consistent at trading so I can do it full-time instead of working for someone else for a little wage.
Looking forward to participating in the community!
Hi
I have been signed up for over 2 years now and this is finally my first post.
Don't know what took me so long but I have to say thanks to Big Mike this website is great!
Im 59 and retired and live in sunny Florida.
I trade the ES Mini exclusively And I love it!
I trade every day with my 3 year old grandson at my side.
When he sees my P&L turn green he yells at me to exit the trade.
The kid is like a indicator with alerts!
We trade all day until 4:15 than we take a nap. HaHa
Thanks Mike keep up the good work.
Joe
That's awesome... you made my morning!
You are teaching your grandson amazing skills early on too.
What an amazing advantage you are giving him.
It is incredible, on a step by step basis, what tiny children can grasp when presented in the right way.
This little boy, if trained the right way, in an unemotional way, could conceivably pay for his own college education and be financially independent by adolesence if handled properly too.
