"Venezuela is introducing power cuts of four hours a day from next week to deal with a worsening energy crisis.
The cuts will last for 40 days as the country struggles under a severe drought limiting hydroelectric output.
It is the latest setback to Venezuela's economy which has been hit by a sharp fall in the price of its main export, oil.
The country's main brewer, Polar, also says it will stop production because it has no dollars to buy grain abroad.
The company, which produces 80% of the country's beer, says 10,000 workers will be affected by the stoppage. "
I'm pretty sure Maduro is done now, people will be hopping mad.
I wanted to do a little review on this one, lot No. 6 (double ipa) by Evolution craft brewing company. I'm trying this beer because it's my girl friend's favorite beer and I wanted to try something different. I'm not a craft beer guy mainly because when I drink I like to get a buzz, not just for taste. Over time, after trying some of the beers she has suggested being that she works for a similar brewing company, I've come to actually enjoy the flavor coupled with a higher ABV. It makes sense to drink less beers with better flavor.
Sometimes I taste a lot of flavor and it's hard to decipher what exactly I'm tasting. I think it's very well balanced, wholesome, and almost stout-like. It feels heavy in your mouth but then doesn't stick or weigh you down in your stomach like a traditional stout. It's got a spice, malt, orange, and slight bitter yet sweet aromatic thing going for it. The ABV is at 8.5%, but it tastes like it's at 6%. The concealment of alcohol is very well done which is my favorite part. It pours a amber orange color with fluffy foam yellowish foam. Very fragrant aroma. The last thing I'll say is it tastes like a perfect balance between an Ipa, stout, and summer lager yet it's only a double ipa.
10.99$ for 4 so it's not too expensive. Try it out, you'll be delightfully surprised. I wouldn't have wrote this review if I wasn't.

very smooth (as roy's voice) espresso stout that tastes like a fine guinness stout with some chocolate milk note. 8%
Well balanced ipa with slight bitter hop, floral, bubble gum, and pineapple notes. 6%, nice session ipa
poured this one and smelled it. kinda smelled funny. Took a sip and holy shit this is really nice. Strong well balanced ipa note that hits all parts of the tongue with a sweet fruity, sour sweet zing followed by a fresh vegetable after taste. Nice balance for an 8.5%.
wow there's flavors to this one i can't even describe like a cologne flavor that's mixed in. I want to look up other reviews just to identify it. just wow. smells like pee, yet tastes godly. Never judge a book by it's cover folks.
I did a little digging after this beer and I found this

I know other people here must like beer let’s wake up this thread!
It’s that time of year here for the “strong” beer, bock beer. Every few days another brewery releases their bock beer with a party. this evening enjoying this dark bock beer at home. 7% abv and taste good, not sweet or boozy like some others.
