The free Ninja does not have chart trader anymore, used to and still does for older users (like me) that got a licence in time.
The new free licences does not include it.
It is usefull and Ninja should think about keeping that since some competitors give it for free. The lack of strategies and other usefull stuff from the free Ninja should be reason enough to upgrade to a full licence.
I've been with AMP for about a year and their customer service is abominable. They're rude, abrasive and misinformed. I've been hung up on a number of times. Frequently, I get what I call the "Amp Shuffle." I'll call up with a question, only to get shuffled around to about four different people before I finally get an answer, usually a wrong one. The only person there who seems to have any clue is the guy who handles the money wires and other accounting matters. Sometimes they'll ask me who my broker is but it's irrelevant anyway. And God forbid you should give them control over your computer. One time, the guy made my computer go all haywire and then said, "see, the problem is your computer." Another time, the "tech" was hovering the mouse over the buy and sell buttons when the DOM was NOT in SIM mode, completely oblivious to how disconcerting this was, and utterly clueless about what he was doing in the first place.
In a word: RUN... as fast as you can. I'm in the process of setting up an account with Mirus. They've seemed very professional so far in my phone conversations with them. Hoping for a better experience than Amp.
lol i had an account with mirus they where ok,i simmed in amp and the data feed was good but your right they where full of hot air and they called me alot to try to get me to open a account, some of the calls where rude and i finally told them this is sharky do you know me when they said yes i said please dont call me with your bs anymore and they didnt.now im with optimus and matt has taken care of all my needs,he lets me do things at my own pace and he arranged it so i can trade how i trade...sharky
I will pay ninja when it start function, i paid several years.i stopped, don't ask me why.
I will not answer you, I know chart trader not work in lite, ealier post somebody said its working. I just asked if knew why.
I just use ninja until i wrote all my code to multichart . I am trading not have time to code all the time. anyhow i stopped using your basic entry or super dom, because there were shadow ( means trades are hanging and you don't know they still are active) using ninja cost me several thousends extra money. it was pat system, I was suprise when my friend told me its also happening mirus which should use entire your ninja back and front end.
My last post was ninja , because they start interupting this AMP futures thread.
I have been using AMP couple months.
2006 I try to contact them and try to ask open account no answers, same thing happend to my friend 2010.
It was big surprise They opend my current account most fastest way any of my trading history, great ++++
after that not heard anything when try to contact using e.mail.
I only want to test they CQG and how well it will give price data, if want to learn foot data and is delta info better than mirus. and market data Tick etc.
I hope i don't have to close my trades using phone. I think jungle drums are much better way to try to contact them
Haven't dealt with Mirus so can't comment but have dealt with Amp. For Mirus or anyone else to be worse than Amp, they would have to be very bad. No service to speak of, dealt with one of the most imcompetant people there, to phone they had no direct line to trading, hard to get someone who knew what the heck was going on. Suggestion, stay away if you don't want problems. A caution aside, many promise great things but many fail to deliver. Hard to find (not yet) one who I can recommend to you as haven't found one yet. Would love to find one, maybe someone out there has.
