NT7 is frozen code, no improvements being made that being said, we are making changes and "jumping" all over it since we have thousands of affected customers. My focus and attention is on getting my users up and running, nothing else. I doubt anyone would disagree with my priority right now. We can take up the issues you raised privately through my business development team.
Rithmic development is already done and available at FCM's that support Rithmic. As of this post here is what I know -
- Dorman working on technical testing for Rithmic
- Agreement in principal is in place (nothing signed)
- It is unclear if former Mirus clients will have access to this at Dorman (I asked specifically and they could not give me answer)

It should therefore be supported, which means fixing things that are wrong with it. Especially data issues that will cause people to make decisions base on erroneous information.
As for addressing this with your team - I have done that over & over again. I did it this morning in fact. Ask Ryan, ask Matthew.
The bottom line with the Mirus issues is that they somehow didn't ensure continuity for their customers when their agreement with Rithmic expired. A last minute 'all hands on deck' solution was then rushed out that didn't work. Such things rarely work.
Lots of my customers got screwed by that, many of them losing money. None of these customers were warned about the risks they were taking. They all presumed Zenfire wasn the same Zenfire.
So you can understand how annoying all this is to us that just want an NT7 with no data issues for feeds that are less important to you that Zenfire.
