Many Ninja users with issues close to their heart are 'down' too Matt - but they have been down for a much longer time.
The "not fixing production product" is a real issue that Ray needs to know about. It's not just me talking about it either.
Fact is - I can talk to Ryan and the team at Ninja and they just give you the company line. They are a LOT more reactive when their issues are discussed on the futures.io (formerly BMT) forum.
So whilst I do agree that this is not the time & place. The appropriate time & place gets ignored, so this has become THE de facto time & place because issue raised here get more attention than issue raised directly with NT.
My point has been made. I do understand people don't like it but if it helps me to get my customers software working, then it's worth it.

I am willing to help every single one of your customers to get back online. I have reached out to you many times to work with you. We have always worked with Rithmic directly from day one, and not any branded version because I realized that behind every great brokers there is a great data feed, and I got to the source...this was 5 years ago. I think we are the ONLY brokers that have automated the demo process for Rithmic on NinjaTrader to receive the username and passwords. Trust me, I have my own issues, I can vent here, but I want to provide "breathing room" until this fiasco is over. I will PM you the site to get the feed for your guys...this is all I can do for now.

Well, I've asked Mirus directly for an explanation as to what's really going on : no reply, so I'm transferring all bar $2 of my account balance to my TradeStation futures account.
No low intraday margins, but at least I can keep going.
I will re-fund my Mirus account if / when they sort this out with a full explanation & similar Ninja-based offering to before.
