We appreciate the time to spend with us discussing NinjaTrader and the current Zenfire situation. As the ZenFire situation continues to evolve, we are posting a few of the key items discussed during today’s webinar.
What is Continuum?
Continuum is a division of CQG and provides technology for order routing and market data services.
To convert your license key to Continuum, please click here https://ninjatrader.com/LicenseKe...-Continuum.php
Historical data and server side OCO’s are supported
What are the differences of the NinjaTrader Continuum adapter between R19 and R20?
R19 and earlier, the Continuum adapter only providers order routing services. You are required to subscribe to Kinetick ( Kinetick - Streaming real time quotes and historical market data) at additional fees to receive streaming and historical market data. R19 is required for clients of Dorman FCM.
R20 and later, the Continuum adapter have been updated to include streaming and historical market data services. You are no longer required to subscribe to Kinetick. R20 is available at any FCM where Continuum is available excluding Dorman FCM.
If I want to upgrade to a multi-broker license key to keep my Mirus/Dorman broker as an option, but also use another broker, how do I do so? How much?
Upgrade to Multi Broker lifetime license for existing Single Broker lifetime license at a cost is $300 which is a 40% discount off the standard $500 cost (a $200 discount)
If you currently do not have a lifetime license, but a Direct Edition license, you may try the live standard edition license for 2 months at no cost when you sign up for a quarterly subscription
Please email sales[at]ninjatrader.com to take advantage of these offers.
How are TT Credits managed with Continuum? Rithmic?
By default, Continuum and Rithmic offer a Dynamic SuperDOM and Chart Trader which do not require TT Credits. If you prefer trading with a Static SuperDOM, please email sales[at]ninjatrader.com to enable your license key for use with Static SuperDOM which requires the purchase of TT credits. For more information on TT credits and how to purchase, please click here: https://ninjatrader.com/purchase-...on-credits.php

The staff @ Optimus thanked me today that I made them work this Saturday.
If you have questions, please PM or email us.
We will be working all weekend.

Thanx to the many people who have called our office with inquiries regarding Ninja/Rithmic/FCM solutions. Big Mike was gracious enough to set up a separate thread for us - type "FuturePath" in the searchbox if you wish for more information on the firm or contact info.

This situation has been fluid and I've kept hands off so users can get information they are looking for.
But going forward we will return to our no self-promotion policy. This means if you are a vendor and you make a post that in my opinion is designed for self-promotion, the post will be removed and depending on the situation you may be banned.
futures.io (formerly BMT) is built on this policy and it has served us well for years.
Users: please help the vendors follow the rules. You can do this by not putting them in a situation where they might break the rules. If you have questions for a specific vendor, use the appropriate vendor review or brokerage thread to ask that question. You can also contact them via Private Message directly.
I too happen to with AMP (previously with Mirus before AMP) as well as with TD. Today I decided to close out one of two accounts I have with AMP not because of service issues but because they have failed to impress me when it comes to them promptly answering emails on either a support, billing, or other issue. In the interim while setting up for what I think will be a great transition I am also halving the funds remaining in my other account at AMP.
Moreover and to the point, for every time I have had to phone-in on a support related issue it almost seems as though it's way too troubling or an effort for someone to answer my questions. Don't get me wrong, I think the NT/CQG connectivity I presently have is far better than what I had come to experience with Mirus/Zenfire. But putting aside all other issues troubling Mirus I have to give credit where credit it is due and with that I can say that at least Mirus support would make an equitable effort on their part to take care of me the customer. Since I am the customer, I feel you have to earn my business and not the other way around.
For a about two weeks now I've been demoing the Optimus Futures NT/Rithmic connectivity and have found it to be even more stable than CQG. Oh yes I do get those periodic disconnects with CQG just like I used to with Zenfire though less frequent. Aside from what is expected, a minimum level or quality of service, the support I've gotten from Matt Zimberg there at Optimus is far superior bar none. Later on while digging through the forums here on Big Mike's I had come to find that Matt is also the President of Optimus Futures. Now who would of thunk that Mattz would take precious time out of his everyday to field questions when he could just as easily delegate it to someone in his staff. I guess its a lesson that the many of the countless Presidents at AMP Futures should learn to mimick.
Oh and I also opened an account just today at Optimus Futures and wonder why it took me this long.
