Some of us have done things right the first time around. We have implemented Rithmic years ago, and had a smooth sailing ever since. The customers who have transitioned to us also are up and running, and while we waiting on setting up some more, we know it would work for them.
Geez a little too much tooting your own horn. You kind of make it sound like you knew years ago that ZenFire was terrible and Rithmic would be perfect because "you do things right" - sorry everyone else.

I NEVER said that ZF was terrible and was quite good when worked.
Additionally, we never put down our competitors, not in the past, not presently and not in the future.
All I wanted is a little credit for working hard, but I am sorry if it sounded like a promo and that offended you.

We have never noticed ourselves TT FIX adapter data feeds missing ticks. We have only noticed a problem with
bid volume and ask volume. We also offer our own futures feeds but they are not needed for TT unless you want accurate bid volume or ask volume.
I haven't noticed it missing ticks but it does miss bid/offer updates so things like footprint charts will be odd.
Most execution feeds do this. Zenfire was actually one of the better ones.
In this respect, I'd rate the Ninja feeds as follows:
1 - IQFeed/Kinetick
2 - CQG
3 - Zen/Rithmic
4 - TT

Yes Zen-Fire did run the Rithmic software but they used their own hardware , network and exchange connectivity. (Zen-Fire management can correct us if we are wrong, but this is what we remember being told).
Then let's hope they use that architecture bring a whole new feed to the market and cut traders a good deal on it!

looks like the hardware was/is OK
so they need to use Data and Trading Communications (DTC) Protocol for the new Zen-Fire in this case

on that page:
Quoting
The following are the Data and Trading services that provide historical
Bid Volume and Ask Volume:
...
Rithmic when using Optimus Futures.
...
That reads like Rithmic gives accurate info only through Optimus. Instead it should be
Quoting
Rithmic, at least when using Optimus Futures (we have no idea about others).
