I can't really tell anything wrong from your screenshot. The issue is I run Windows 8 on a Surface Pro 2, and it does screwy font scaling due to the high DPI screen. I am close to unpacking and setting up my office computers but not there yet, so I am not rendering "normally" yet.
I am running Chrome 38.0.2125.0 dev-m and haven't seen a problem.
If you are up to it, update to the dev channel to get v38 and see if the issue goes away. I hope it does, that way I don't have to fix anything on my side
its on all browsers with directwrite, which is everything now. even the dev builds 32 and 64bit. just had guys across all platforms post screenies for me.
dont believe anything you hear and only half of what you see
The areas which are most noticeable are the New Posts links, the UserCP links (ie: edit your details etc), the tags at the bottom of each thread. Basically these are less crisp and clean like they use to be. It seems slightly blurred from a poor choice of font by Chrome.
