Ray from @NinjaTrader has made it clear that the Continuum deal for NT (the one that does not need Kinetick) is NOT available to Dorman (nor Mirus for that matter) but is to RCG.
It was not an NT decison, but Ray said he is not at liberty to say who or why Dorman was excluded.
Unless of course this has all changed over the weekend.
Confirming Continuum/Kinetick working since Sunday open. As usual, way too slow to trade yet, but the account info etc is correct.
I've had Kinetick running though as of last Thursday. Feels like okay feed, responsive and whatnot. Forgot the market depth while subscribing, they added it in no time and said that Mirus will be reimbursing me for that too (jan/feb).
So, finally the money stream is back
p.s. oh, and server side oco, unlike zen: courtesy of cqg.
Just for fun I tried to connect to zenfire and it works fine right now... Connected instantly, and there is data and connection to my RCG account...
What gives?

thanks for saying this,
I was going to try similar, however, I would have someone from Mirus (presuming that is the target brokerage provider) verify that all things are as they should be, before risking live funds behind what seems to be normal...
Well, before NY Zenfire was just a rebadged Rithmic. So go with any Rithmic broker and you'll get exactly the same data (ususally minus Eurex, though). AFAIK CQG is at least as accurate as Rithmic, but a bit more expensive on commissions.
AMP has no minimum or inactivity fee and offers both Rithmic and CQG (plus TT).
