I'd like to draw a hash mark on the price panel and have it update with the status of another indicator. It'll be blue or red. I think I remember mike's miketrend doing this but I never got the code for it. If anyone knows of an indicator that does this please let me know.

The reason I'd like to do this is I'd like to have the color for a moving average on a higher & lower timeframe. That way I can see what the other timeframes are doing at a glance. I understand that to do that one has to use a strategy.

Thanks for the link. The MTF thing is ok for me and I can draw text in the top right corner but I'm not sure how to draw a dot there.

Is this what you need?

You can use the wingdings or wingdings1,2,3 to get all types of symbols.

I've put one in each corner and in the indicator panels.

You can change them as needed in the script.

This will work great! Good idea to use wingdings as the font. I didn't think of that. Thanks!
