if it is data error right click on chart reload all data history or wait until they correct the data error.

Right click in your chart, Reload Historical Data, if the bad tick (wick) is still present, you can then edit the data, it should be there. If not, please contact our support department for additional help.

thanks i find it,but my tick charts data disappeared.......
Interactive Brokers . They do not have historical tick data , so you cannot correct it.
