If I draw something on one chart, it shows up on all of my other charts. How do I prevent this?

from your chart, click on style/settings/general

make sure 'synchronize drawings' is unchecked.

I have another question:

When I use my crosshair on the ES, the crosshair shows prices in 0.01 increments. Is it possible to configure it to use 0.25 increments?

Not to my knowledge.
The price on the right hand side, yes.
