War in Ukraine is getting dirty - many civilians bombed away - hospitals and clinics.
Russia faces the next shutdown in 2 weeks. Many west companies are closing their shops and say "good bye for long!". The list is VERY long.

Russia will be "Soviet" again - without any western influence. And without money.
The list is not complete. So are star architects halting their projects in the larger cities of Russia. Example Herzog and Demeuron (Switzerland) who built many icons in the world like the Birds Nest (stadium) or the Elb-Philharmony in Hamburg. They have some large projects in Moscow like the horizontal hotel on pylons of 35m height.
