I assume the brokers are keeping statistics, how much
their customers won/lost in total.

Maybe they secretly exchange/discuss these statisticcs ...

can they succeed to keep it secret in the long run

I wouldn't think it is the broker that is responsible for their clients success. If they have many successful clients then it might mean they are a solid broker, but it doesn't mean anyone is going to be successful because they switched to a better broker. right?

right. But I'm curious, where the experts go ...
And why this isn#t talked about
And why the brokers don't use that in their advertisements
Are ECN-traders more successful ?

Unless you're trading Forex without access to the interbank market, your broker is merely a tollbooth between you and the exchange. They only really care about commissions and margin.
