I'm sometimes in the mood for some very mellow music, a soothing and calming experience. Sometimes I'm in the mood for music with a beat (but no lyrics) where you can really focus on the music itself.
If you have suggestions for the best classical, blues or jazz, please share them here. (Youtube videos, etc).
The mellowest and arguably the most sublime piece of classical music out there, Erik Satie's Gymnopedie no. 1.
As for Jazz, classical is best. Louie is well known for What A Wonderful World, but the truth is that nearly ALL his music is great, very soothing. Enjoy.
You are never in the wrong place... but sometimes you are in the right place looking at things in the wrong way.
