but I am new to this site and to NT7, I am coming from Thinkorswim and there I was able to plot

the UVOL-DVOL on the screen as a chart.

is there any way at all to do this in NT7

There is a way; I'm not aware of any in-built way of doing it, but with a very simple custom Indicator, it is possible to plot what you are looking for, assuming you have access to the indexes you are referring to in your datafeed in NinjaTrader.
See the attached code as an example, it's very simplistic and, for now, plotting a diff on a minute basis. You provide the instrument to diff against as a parameter to the indicator.

I think you are asking for the Up Volume - Down Volume for a particular bar?

If so, this may be a GOMI question....
