Lol...now you've got me wondering. I suggested cargo as it was lacking any livery, so thinking it was a cargo transport 747. What were you flying around Johnny?
The original P-51D had the V 12 Rolls Royce Merlin engines.
The 3/4 scale Thunder Mustang uses a Falconer V-12 engine. The carbon fiber kit gives a power to weight ratio that outperforms the original North American P-51D fighter.
The engine was designed by Ryan Falconer who I understand is known for making car racing engines.
The use of a V 12 in the kit gives the Thunder Mustang a "Purr" like the original Mustang's V 12
The base kit is just under $300k. That includes everything but the instruments and upholstery. A lot more if you want "builder assistance" to do the assembly instead of doing the build yourself. Here is the website for more details:
