You could use the Bollinger Universal indicator and unselect the option "Show channel lines".

This leaves you with 27 different moving averages and a moving median which can be colored according to slope.

The color can also be displayed via paint bars.

If you further unselect the moving average (midband), then it is possible to display the paint bars alone and use them as a trend filter.

The Keltner Universal indicator can be used for the same purpose.
