Hey guys any tips for trading the ES instrument specifically? Support levels or any other tips that can be automated? Looking for a few new ideas to incorporate into my existing strategy.

... Great tools right here on nexusfi.com (formerly BMT) will help your success - I use Fat Tails Daily Pivots (anaDailyPivotsV42 & anaWeeklyPivotsV42). Very valuable for determining S/R based on the Floor Pivots - also select ETH for your trading hours. If you are wanting to automate a strategy using S/R, then I suggest JAMautoTL (automated trendlines). Use them in default. These TLs produce 1 to 2 good trades a day.

From today's chart using the 5 minute, this is what you will see.

Hey COTTrader, thanks for the tip, but I just downloaded and installed JAMautoTL indicator. It does not appear that the support/res lines are accesible via code, but only visibly on the chart. Do you use this indicator in code?

No. It is whatyouseeiswhatyouget. Don't know about the code. Do a google search for it. All I have is the zip file.
