Hi traders!

This is ridiculous but here it goes: I started learning how to program in c# very recently and I have even made some programming that more advanced programmers consider relatively complex. Now that I coded the trigger condition for setting a Limit Order of my strategy I can't really seem to understand how it is made.
I would need something like this:

if(Low[0] < tp[1,1])
{
// Enter Limit Order to buy @ tp[1,1] - (TickSize*200);
// Set its Stop Loss to ---> tp[1,1] - (TickSize*1000);
// Set Profit Target to ---> tp[1,1];
// Cancell Unfilled Order @ tp[1,1];
}

I guess this is not very complex but than I am still a noob. Can anyone help me out with the best way to do this?

tp[1,1] is the index of the Take Profit level on the "tp" array.
