Are you asking about a 'trading arcade' or a 'prop firm' as in IMC, Optiver etc.?
The former generally has very low requirements so long as you either have (1) time and/or (2) your own money to trade. The latter generally has the typical requirements; you need to have a degree or be pursuing one (if you seek an internship), demonstrate a high GPA, and pass a series of interviews. The most obvious route is to look up the website of the firm that you're interested in joining and look at their 'Careers' section. Typically though, for the latter group - the legitimate 'prop firms' - you'd be best served by attending a career fair, either open to the public or to a university. Certain positions command more secrecy and it's typical that they would rely on a third party (headhunting firm) to seek out people meeting their profile.
Here is a list of Prop Firms around the Globe. Contact them and see what their requirements are. I know that Propex in Australia couldn't give a flying rats ass about your education, as long as you can trade and can prove it with statements of your results, there is a chance that they'll back you.
Now to start as an intern or trainee may be a different story but i know they're looking for a passion for the business, and an ability to learn quickly....
