I don't use MetaTrader, but maybe you can upload a *.JPG screen capture of your "common error" so that someone can help you.
The more information you give the easier it will be for someone to give you an answer or even attempt to answer your question.
Good luck on your common error problem, also lastly you may try removing your last loaded indicators from your chart to see which one may be causing this "common error."
Also let's assume that you are regularly updating your operating system, MetaTrader, and virus scanning programs.
