Using IQFeed with 14 symbols connected today, I have used less than 100MB. With just ES it would be far less, I don't have that figure because it doesn't apply to me.
The average is about 6KB/sec. I have a 50Mb internet connection, so we're talking 6MB/sec available, and I am using 6KB/sec (1000 times less).
