We have not been provided any trading infrastructure architecture on Zenfire without Rithmic, so we have no idea what the effect will be.
We have not been provided any details on the specific date the Zenfire connection will suddenly not be able to connect; which in our opinion is exposing our customers to undue risk of being in an open trade when the connection is disabled.
This has all come to our attention within the past few weeks. Limited information has been provided to us or we would have provided notice sooner to our customers.
We apologize for this situation it is completely out of our control.
It is our suggestion you switch to either CQG or the AMP/TTnet data feed if you are using NinjaTrader as soon as possible.
Please follow the steps below to convert your existing NinjaTrader License key and connection to CQG.
If you are using any of these Rithmic platforms, please email [email protected] your account number and state "Please convert my Zenfire connection to Rithmic".
Again, we do apologize for this sudden situation and we will work diligently to make any necessary changes for you, so the least amount of impact on your trading as possible.
I would be happy to assist anyone who seeks to try or switch to Rithmic directly over NinjaTrader.
We had good experience with Rithmic, and have been responsive on futures.io (formerly BMT) to tech issues whenever they arise with members here. Rithmic supports all CME/CBOT products.

I have an account at Mirus and called them to discuss this email from AMP
They confirmed that ZenFire has been updated to add things like server side OCOs and sent me this link for more info... https://ninjatrader.com/
Sounds like a new download of NinjaTrader is coming out next week.
Thinking Amp may have been left out in the cold.
I find it rather odd or better very unprofessional, that amp sent this email with a link to a trading forum (elite trader). and then saying they were provided with limited information.
looks like they didn't try very hard to get the necessary information. even I as a nobody was able to figure out what's happening a month ago.
