It is my pleasure to welcome Adam Sheldon of Keyboard Trader for a webinar presentation on Tuesday, January 28th @ 4:30 PM Eastern.
Adam is an independent futures/equity trader and a member of both COMEX and CBOT.
The webinar will focus on The Economic / Event Calendar trading.
The major topics for this event include:
- Interpreting market action in the context of the events calendar
- Preparing for and trading the actual events
- Tactics for the trades
- Reflection and further positioning
Keyboard Trader is a futures.io (formerly BMT) site sponsor. This webinar will be useful for anyone as markets are news driven. During the presentation Adam will be demoing his product showing the usefulness in trading fast markets or performing complex trades using his Keyboard hardware.
Sounds interesting but dangerous...just sitting here with what I have experienced in so far as news trading goes he's going to have a hard time convincing me there's a safe way to do it. If it's more along the lines of positioning yourself after the fact I am more likely to get something out of it.
Not trying to be negative here, just saying it will be interesting.

Hi kbit
Yes, to your point the topics are about trading after the reports are out, not positioning for a report. Also involves interpretation of market action in the context of reports.
