Thats an Android tablet. Android is not Windows and can not run Windows applications. Your best bet is to use a Remote Desktop application and connect to your desktop computer or a remote server running Windows and NT.
NinjaTrader can only run on Windows 8 tablets with Intel x86 or compatible processors. Not Windows RT or Android or Apples iOS.
I have used my ipad and remote desktop apps works fine windows wise a similar approach may work that way I leave the PC to do the heavy lifting and the tablet just acts as thin client. Although its easy to make mistakes when using it as the main trading tool, I prefer to only use the workstation to execute deals (even above a laptop). I only use the tablet to check on positions.
