Pretty interesting!
Two institutional side traders I know both had office visits from TT where the gave a product presentation and a live demo previewing the software.
From what they each shared with me, the consensus was that the platform is like a cleaner and more streamlined version of X-Trader. They removed some of the unnecessary and redundant steps that currently exist in certain areas of the platform. They said that two of the biggest areas that were covered were the Cloud infrastructure and the significant changes made to the Audit Trail.
Does anyone know for how long after they plan on servicing X-Trader after Nextrader is released? Are they looking to phase out XT entirely?
