That's look like keltner channel or moving average envelope to me ... , ninja default indi ...
but, lets wait for @Fat Tails to give the exact answer ...
Download the Keltner Universal indicator and use it with the parameters as below:
Midband average type = EMA
Midband period = 55
Offset average type = EMA
Offset multiplier = 3.5
Offset period = 55 Range type = SimpleRange
Smoothed channels = false
If the result does not match your chart, just modify the parameters ....
First modify the two midband parameters average type and period. Once the midband looks as expected, you can then modify the 3 offset parameters until you get the channels as needed.
