Help W/ Indicator Creation For Market Analyzer?

Hello Everyone,

I'm trying to switch myself from my firms proprietary platform completely over to NinjaTrader, so that I may use NT to trade equities and futures (I keep TOS because it's options features are so powerful). However, my firms system has a very handy scanner. I'm trying to import my scan criteria of the system I use to find potential trades, but as I'm only just learning R and Python, I can't seem to get my head around NinjaScript.

I'm hoping somebody can create for me the following indicators that I need to check for trades.

1. Daily Relative Volume, in ThinkScript is: RelativeVol = volume/Average(volume,length) where length = user input.
2. The previous bar (before the current bar being formed) was inside it's previous bar.

Basically, what I'm trying to scan for is this:

1. Price Greater Than $3
2. Vol. Avg. >= 1Mil
3. Relative Vol > 3
4. Simultaneous Inside Bar On 15/30/60 Minute Charts (Which Is Why I Look At The Last Bar, Not Current)

If anybody can help me out with this, I'd be extremely grateful. I've got a killer headache from trying to decode NinjaScript files, and am trying to complete this by the end of the weekend so I can use NT full time. Thanks in advance.
